Do you still use appfolio? What do you think about it?
Yes we do use Appfolio and we still like it. One really good feature is no cost ACH transfers to owners of their funds and no cost collection of rents via ACH from tenants who can also view their ledger online. This one item pays for the software if you use it. No need for 3rd party rent collectors online.
